I admit that I have been in and out of my workout routine recently. I
have been trying to be consistent again for a while now but I can't seem to get
back in my groove. To force the issue, I enrolled to a 9-class pass (for only P2500) in FTX Gym
again.
The 9-class pass I got can be used for core/combat classes or for
circuit training in the gym (CirqFit as FTX calls it). The core and combat

So, how am I doing so far? I'm still struggling to get back to at least
a thrice a week gym habit. But I'm proud to say that I'm already consistently
going to a Rip 60 class at least once a week for the past month now and I have
already consumed 5 out of the 9 passes I availed. :)
I
still need to gain more motivation though. Maybe I should plan a boracay
trip... or better, a surf trip! ...to get me all excited to get this flabby
tummy toned!
